Can I import my existing customers from another system?

Yes. Download our free Excel template, paste in your existing customer list, and upload it back — we validate every row and flag duplicates before anything is imported. Only Name and User ID are required to get started, so switching takes minutes, not days.

Can I add a batch of customer subscriptions at once, instead of one at a time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's a separate feature from customer migration (above). Download our entry template, fill in each customer's User ID, package, and start/expiry dates, pick the ISP once for the whole batch, and upload. Every row is created as a Pending entry, ready for you to confirm payment.

Do you charge per customer?

Accepted Answer

No — pricing isn't metered per customer. Each plan includes a generous customer capacity that scales with the tier, so you're never billed extra as you add subscribers within your plan's limit. If you outgrow it, upgrading unlocks more headroom.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move between plans whenever your business grows or contracts. Existing data, customers and invoices come along — no migration, no re-onboarding.
