Does IspDaftar work with MikroTik RouterOS?
Yes. IspDaftar runs alongside any RouterOS-based ISP setup. Your routers continue to authenticate PPPoE/Hotspot users while IspDaftar handles billing, invoicing, customer records and WhatsApp reminders.
Can I import my existing customers from another system?
Yes. Download our free Excel template, paste in your existing customer list, and upload it back — we validate every row and flag duplicates before anything is imported. Only Name and User ID are required to get started, so switching from your current billing tool or spreadsheet takes minutes, not days.
Can I add a batch of customer subscriptions at once, instead of one at a time?
Yes — that's a separate feature from customer migration (above). Download our entry template, fill in each customer's User ID, package, and start/expiry dates, pick the ISP once for the whole batch, and upload. Every row is created as a Pending entry, ready for you to confirm payment.
Does it support PPPoE customer billing?
PPPoE is the most common subscription model among IspDaftar users. Add each PPPoE customer once with their package and start date — IspDaftar tracks expiry, generates invoices, and reminds them before service is cut.
Can I bulk-enable or disable users when payment status changes?
Customer status (active, pending, expired) is always visible in IspDaftar. Pair it with your existing RouterOS automation or use the dashboard to triage who needs to be enabled or disabled at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I run multiple ISPs under one IspDaftar account?
Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple ISPs per workspace. Each ISP has its own packages, pricing, customers and outstanding balance with the upstream provider.
