What happens when you request deletion
Permanently deleted
Your name, email, mobile, CNIC, address, profile photo, login credentials, complaints, and notification history. For Customer accounts: subscription history and personal billing records. For Staff: profile, role, and permissions. For Tenant Admins: tenant workspace, all customers, packages, invoices, expenses, and team members.
Retained for 90 days, then deleted
Anonymized audit-log entries (who-did-what timestamps with personal identifiers stripped). Required for security review and dispute resolution within the retention window.
Retained for legal/regulatory compliance
Anonymized financial records (invoices, payment totals) may be retained for the period required by Pakistani tax and business regulations. These records do not contain personal identifying information after the 90-day window.
Submit a deletion request
